It was Nick's first time to go back in over 2 years. I know he had an absolute blast with his friends. They went hang gliding Thursday morning which I really wish I would have gotten pictures of. I would have loved to see Nick strapped to another man in fear for his life. :) (Love you babe) The whole weekend pretty much was spent men with men; women with women; and kids with kids. Isn't that the way it's supposed to be? If not then rules need to be changed.
Friday we went and visited Jodi, Liam, and Ainsley. So much fun! The kids played inside and also enjoyed some time on the trampoline. It's always fun catching up with Family!
The Wedding was Saturday in the Mt. Timpanogos Temple then we enjoyed a reception at Log Haven Restaurant in Salt Lake. The Bride and Groom were gorgeous and they looked absolutely happy. Congrats Christine and Garrett!!!
We got to see more of Nick's family later that night on Saturday. He has such a wonderful family and I couldn't have asked for a more welcoming bunch of people to marry into.
Sunday Nick left for home cause he had to work :( and I transfered from his grandparents house to Heath and Liz's. I got to see my good friend Carly and her husband and new baby. Beckam is adorable guys!! After that we enjoyed some time with Liz's sister Emily and her family. We had to leave because Noah wouldn't quit hitting Claire. I have a hitter on my hands and hope I break him of that before nursery.
Monday was Seven Peaks with Stacie, Analee, and Liz and then back up to Salt Lake for a little shopping before my trip ends.
Tuesday was a super full day. We started at the Aquarium in Sandy then went to Bountiful for a little dip in the pool. Back to Salt Lake to visit Liz's family whom I love as well very much! And then back to Liz's to have dinner with Carly, Kim and Pat. I got to spend a little time with Heath but he works a lot. He did get to have a tickle fest with Noah. Noah has the cutest laugh when you get him going. You're going to be a great dad Heath!
We headed home Wednesday afternoon but not before a trip to temple square. Thanks Liz for helping me to the airport!
Thanks to everyone for their hospitality while we were in Utah. We barged into a lot of people's homes and we are thankful you greeted us so warmly.
I had the time of my life and Noah and Nick did too. Noah has still been catching up on his sleep. He will sleep till 11 in the morning take a 3 or 4 hour nap then go to bed by 10. It's crazy but better a happy baby then a cranky one.
